Synopsis
Disc tubular membrane technology is abbreviated as DT, which is commonly referred to as Disc Reverse Osmosis (DTRO) and Disc Nanofiltration (DTNF). Its membrane module structure is completely different from traditional roll membranes. DT adopts an open flow channel. The material and liquid enter the pressure vessel through the inlet. The liquid to be treated flows into the deflector at the shortest distance, flows 180 degrees from one side of the membrane, and flows into the other side of the membrane, and then enters the next deflector. The outlet flows out. This special design causes the liquid to form turbulence when it collides with the convex points on the plate surface when flowing through the membrane surface, increasing the transmission rate and self-cleaning function, and prolonging the service life of the membrane.
