The laser chip is a semiconductor material of three or five groups of compounds, integrated with multilayer epitaxial materials including active area, waveguide layer, outer layer, electrode contact layer, PN junction, etc. It relies on the active area quantum well to convert electrical energy into optical energy and emit laser, which is mainly used to convert electrical signals into optical signals, and is the core component of TOSA.
