Synopsis
The dual MOS field effect transistor is a structure of MOSFET to reduce parasitic parameters to increase the cut-off frequency. It is AC grounded through the second gate G2, which can be effective between the first gate G1 and the drain D. The electrostatic shielding effect greatly reduces the feedback capacitance (Miller capacitance) between the gate and the drain, thereby increasing the frequency.
