Synopsis
The rare earth flue gas denitrification catalyst is a catalyst used for the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of nitrogen oxides in flue gas. Its active ingredients are composed of lanthanum, cerium, yttrium and other rare earth element oxides and other transition metal oxides. , using titanium-based ceramics as the first carrier and titanium-zirconium composite metal oxide as the second carrier. Rare earth flue gas denitrification catalysts have the following advantages: they do not contain vanadium, no secondary pollution, and failed catalysts are not hazardous wastes; they can effectively remove nitrogen oxides under low temperature conditions (80°C ~ 300°C) and are suitable for use in original equipment in power plants Flue gas denitrification treatment is carried out at the tail end; it has the property of electronic "memory", which can adapt to changes in oxygen content in the flue gas and improve denitrification efficiency; it has strong anti-poisoning, anti-oxidation, anti-wear and anti-clogging capabilities, extending the catalyst service life.
