An SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power regulator, also known as an SCR power controller, is an electronic device that is used to control the amount of power that is supplied to a load (such as a heater or motor) in an AC (alternating current) circuit. The Thyristor Power Regulator is based on a solid-state switching device called an SCR, which can control the flow of current in a circuit.
At present, it has been widely used in various electric power equipment in the industry, such as kilns, heat treatment furnaces, electric high-temperature furnaces, and synthetic electric furnaces. Because of different loads and different use environments, choose different control modes: phase control, distributed zero potential control, and time-proportional adjustable control.
