Synopsis
It is the removal of unwanted photoresist layers from the wafer. Its objective is to eliminate the photoresist material from the wafer as quickly as possible, without allowing any surface materials under the resist to get attacked by the chemicals used. The Semiconductor Photoresist Stripper market covers Positive Photoresist Stripper, Negative Photoresist Stripper.
In the photolithography process, the photoresist is uniformly coated on the substrate, and after exposure (the latent image is generated by local light irradiation, and the solubility of the local photoresist is changed), development (using the developer to dissolve the modified photoresist) Soluble part) and etching and other processes, the pattern on the mask is transferred to the substrate to form a geometric pattern completely corresponding to the mask.
