The thermal conductivity gas analyzer is a gas analyzer that quantitatively measures the gas concentration by using the causal relationship between the temperature of the heated platinum wire and the change of the gas concentration. The gas analyzer consists of two parts: the sensor assembly and the control unit. The sensor assembly contains two gas chambers, one for the measurement gas and the other for the reference gas. The entire sensing assembly is temperature controlled to ensure a constant temperature and there is a thermistor in each chamber to detect the temperature of various gases
