Synopsis
Tuning fork level gauge is a new type of level switch, also often called tuning fork level gauge or tuning fork level controller, it is designed and manufactured using the principle of tuning fork vibration. The tuning fork level gauge is located at the base of the sensing rod of the tuning fork level switch. The tuning fork rod is driven by a piezoelectric chip, and the vibration signal is received by another piezoelectric chip, so that the vibration signal can be circulated and the sensing rod is resonated. When the material is in contact with the sensing rod, the vibration signal gradually decreases until the resonance stops, and the control circuit will output an electrical contact signal. Due to the natural principle that the sensitivity of the sensor rod decreases from the front to the rear seat in turn, when the material in the bucket tank and the surrounding of the bucket accumulate upwards and touch the base of the sensor rod or discharge, no error signal will be generated. Simply put, the tuning fork generates mechanical vibration under the excitation of the piezoelectric crystal, and this vibration has a certain frequency and amplitude.
