Whole Blood Polymorphonuclear Cell Separation Kit is designed to directly separate target cells from human whole blood, buffy coat, bone marrow, umbilical cord blood or apheresis samples by immunomagnetic bead negative selection in as little as 20 minutes. Red blood cells, platelets and non-target cells are labeled with tetrameric antibody complexes and magnetic beads. Through the EasySep™ magnetic pole, non-target cells are adsorbed to the tube wall, and target cells are poured into a new tube. Isolated cells can be directly used in downstream applications, such as flow cytometry, protein isolation, etc.
