The Intelligent Germs Collector is a one-time-use fully enclosed bacterial culture incubator, and is widely used for sterility testing of sterile injection preparations, including antibiotics and drugs containing antibacterial ingredients, large infusions, water injections, and sterilization. Bacteria medical equipment, sterile water for injection, etc., can also be used for microbial limit inspections in the food and beverage industries. The intelligent bacteria collector adopts an integrated stainless steel casing design, and the material is all L304 sanitary stainless steel, which solves the aseptic space. The requirement of high-clean instruments in the microbiology room increases the service life of the instrument and reduces the problem of rusting on the surface of the traditional bacteria collector Costs caused by repairs, replacements, etc. To avoid the corrosion of the surface due to chemical substances, the shell surface design does not leave any dead corners. The principle of the bacteriostat is to use the intelligent bacteriostat to peristalize and pressurize the microporous membrane (0.22μm*47mm or 0.45μm*47mm) in the filter that traps the microorganisms in the test sample, and remove the antibacterial components by washing the membrane. , And then introduce the required culture medium directly into the fully enclosed filter colony incubator through the sampling pipeline, and place it in the incubator for aseptic culture.
